Many of our customers have initially been suspicious of the new 'Reach and Wash' window cleaning system, with some forming the opinion that it is inferior to traditional window cleaning methods.

Traditional methods can still be used if the customers prefer but once the full advantages of the system become apparent, most are happy with this new way.

Advantages of Reach and Wash

• Eco-friendly

The Reach and Wash system does not use any detergents. It only uses purified deionised water. It is completely eco-friendly.

• Superior window cleaning results

Using this method not only is the window glass cleaned but so are the frames.

Some customers have complained their windows seem to appear dirty when the system is first used. What is happening, is the jets of water coming from the brush flushes out trapped dirt and detergents, which can sometimes remain after a first wash. By the second or third wash all this residue that has often built up over years, is washed away. It is also more effective in cleaning algal residue on widows and rooves.

• Window glass stays cleaner much longer

The water goes through a special filter and because it is deionised it has no static charge. Left for a short time the water runs away and leaves windows streak free. The detergents used in traditional window cleaning actually attract dirt so with Reach and Wash your windows will stay cleaner for longer.

• Health and Safety Working at Height regulations met

Windows are often in difficult to reach positions which can put the window cleaner's life and limb at risk.

• Reduced risk of damage to customers property

Using Reach and Wash avoids trampling over lawns and shrubs. Ladders are not propped against guttering with the potential for damage. Conservatory roofs and atriums can be cleaned safely.

• More windows are within reach for cleaning

Some windows are simply impossible to reach with traditional methods and have to be left.

• Privacy maintained and less disturbance

Operatives remain on the ground whilst cleaning upper story windows. No preying eyes into upstairs bedrooms.
