WMWCS places a high priority on safety. The safety of its workers, customers and the general public. We have clear policy guidelines on how to assess risk on a job so as to minise risk to all concerned.
WMWCS is always receptive to its customers. We do not take criticism in a defensive way. We guarantee if you are not happy will be come back and rectify whatever might be wrong. Through this policy we learn from our mistakes and customers continue to receive the highest level of service. We prefer you telephone us, so it is unlikely you will need a complaint form as we should have already sorted the problem out shortly after you make contact.
